Terms & Conditions for Staffing:

  • For all assignments at executive and manager level and charges would be at 8.33% of the annual CTC of the candidate recruited.

  • The Annual CTC of the candidate would include the following components: Basic, HRA, LTA, Medical, Fixed Allowances, Retrials, Perquisites as valued and any other assured sum.

  • A copy of the Appointment letter issued to the candidate can be forwarded to us after the appointment that helps us to find details of the salary package being offered for the purpose of billing.

  • Service tax or any other local taxes are applicable and subject to change as per rules & regulations of the Government of India.


In the event a hired candidate discontinues his/her services within 90 Days (Ninety Days) from his/her date of joining on his/her own accord only, then Foresight will provide a replacement for the same position at no extra cost.


Invoice will be raised once candidate joins the organization. Payment needs to be made within 30 days (Thirty Days only) from date of candidate joining the organization.

General Terms & Conditions:

  • We will not offer a placement opportunity to any employee of your company in pursuance of this agreement. We shall not, individually or as an organization, directly or indirectly, place any of your employees with any of our other clients during the tenure of this agreement.

  • The names of short listed candidates shall be sent to CLIENT via email to check for duplication of candidates from any other sources and vendors. If CLIENT fails to reject the CV's sent as being duplicate CV’s within 3 business days from the time they are sent, then they will be deemed to have been accepted by CLIENT. In case profiles is / are not consider (hold or rejected), It will be consider our candidate for 1 year from date of sending profile to you.

  • Foresight and its team members will maintain the utmost confidentiality and discretion in using your company’s logo and brand name and we shall not reveal any information pertaining to it in the course of our discussion(s) with potential employees and/or competitors.

  • This agreement may be terminated by either party after giving a minimum of one month’s written notice.
